Welcome to the Greedy Gordons Pub Group
a collection of Northamptonshire pubs connecting the local community with delicious food & drink, great service and a warm traditional pub welcome.

Greedy Gordons Pub Group is run and managed by Head Chef Richard Gordon alongside business partner Sonya Harvey. Together they have a combined experience of over 50 years in hospitality. Greedy Gordons Pub Group boasts three great locations in Cranford, Lowick and Grafton Underwood. Each pub has its own fantastic food and drinks menu, unique atmosphere and friendly staff.
The Red Lion in Cranford (near Kettering in Northamptonshire) invites you to its cosy atmosphere with old-world charm, low ceilings and open fires. You can choose your tipple, grab one of our board games and you’re set for the night. Visit the restaurant and its glass extension giving a contemporary edge separating the space from the bar for those wanting a more formal (but still friendly) dining experience.
Step inside The Snooty Fox in Lowick and you'll find Northamptonshire’s finest free house alongside a fantastic restaurant. A great sized beer garden for the warmer days and an unrivalled selection of drinks!
You'll find the pub in a truly stunning place in the heart of Lowick, a lovely village with a great community spirit.
Looking for the perfect countryside destination with great food and drink and a relaxing atmosphere? Visit The Pig & Waffle in the beautiful village of Grafton Underwood, Northamptonshire. The old Post Office was converted sympathetically into a restaurant 15 years ago. For brunch, tapas, cocktails and fantastic local cheeses book a table at The Pig & Waffle today.
Sourcing local products and reducing our carbon footprint are key to our strategy and success. We celebrate everything local and if we can't find it locally we do it ourselves. This is why we now own a plot of land with a polytunnel in Brigstock growing our own selection of fruit and vegetables. This is next door to the amazing Birds View Vineyard and where we also use the local herd of sheep for some of our Lamb dishes.
Local butchers are used as much as is seasonally possible and Robert Jones (Bob) grows most of the group's fruit and veg (with no pesticides) - it simply all tastes better that way. We use The Roastery in Wellingborough for our coffee and the brilliant Tea Lab for our tea. It really is important to us to support our community and local businesses.
We call our hospitality ethos: "Laid back luxury – offering a cosy place to relax, eat well and enjoy good company".
